Artsy Fartsy Tuesday – Horses in the art — 17 Comments

  1. The Flickr page is an excellent idea – very nice pics there in addition to the lovely ones you share here!

  2. great looking bag with horse and good idea for smaller sculpture. Please tell more about this horse mask in next blog. Its very striking already. Great pictures Mary. Hope the dogs are enjoying themselves.

  3. I really love Al’s work in progress. Am I the only one who would love to see a carousel inspired by his horse sculptures?

Good luck in Wyoming this weekend. I hope you make lots of sales and have a wonderful time.

  4. That was really a gorgeous area. Mom has so many photos too, and we never know what to do with them all. We have a new drive to store them on, but they add up fast. Mom says that was never an issue in the days of film and flashcubes. I think I’m glad I missed that is my life!

  5. I love both of those horses! The detail on the horse head is really incredible. And I love that you put a heart on the beaded horse. You really are in a gorgeous place!

  6. I think your idea of making the sculpture smaller and more affordable is great! I’m sure the more expensive ones could take a while to sell sometimes. Love that bag too!

  7. You always amaze me with your photos and I’d like to say how much I love that horse head sculpture. It’s stunning!!
