The first local rendezvous of the year was this weekend. We didn’t stay the weekend, we just day tripped it on Saturday. Fort Buenaventura is in Ogden, and is on the site of the original fort built in 1845. Every year over Easter weekend, there is a rendezvous there.
Dad is the booshway at our rendezvous in April, that means he is the guy in charge, so we went to shop for prizes, and of course, to see all our friends we haven’t seen since Sept. That, was the funnest part. It was a beautiful sunny day, perfect for wandering around and visiting. Mom didn’t take many photos, she was too busy gabbing with everyone. What pictures she did take, she gave an old school spin. Like them??
This is “Hound”, honestly we don’t know his real name. He’s just Hound, and very nice.
This is a couple of pictures of traders row.
And here is Torrey, having a break in the shade of a traders tent. She wasn’t super excited because the rifle shoot was really close to traders row. She really does not like the noise of the guns.
We had a fun and tiring day. But…It’s all about the fun!!
Today is the Monday Mischief blog hop. Come join in.
