Neon signs, and Neon leaves
Today is the After Before Friday Forum. When we were in Roslyn the other day, I took a couple of photos of the old neon sign at the Roslyn Cafe. Love these old signs! This one is unusual in that it is different on both sides. I posted an image of one side on Weds.
This is the other side, and this is my edited photo.
This is the image before any editing.
There was really no place to go with this but vintage. I knew that when I shot the photo.
I cropped in to get rid of as much background stuff as I could. I want the focus on the sign. I took the image to Photoshop and cleaned up some wires, the flag, and anything else that looked more modern. I then applied a vintage action I have in PS and liked the result. Then I added a little bit of dark vignette, and called it done.

Also, I have been loving the fall colors here. It’s like we left fall in Wyoming, came here, and found it again.
I have no idea what tree these leaves are on. I have googled, and searched, with no luck. I am waiting until I run into someone somewhere that I can ask. They kinda look like a maple, but not really. And the trees are all small.
Anyway, they are everywhere, and they are gorgeous.
I gathered some aspen leaves on my walk the other day.
I ended up at the Yakima river. It’s a pretty river, and there are tons of leaves there too.
These are all over outside the RV.
Have a great weekend everyone, and enjoy the fall.
