Some favorite flowers — 17 Comments

  1. Oh Mary – our person is so happy – she LOVES flowers. She says thank you VERY MUCH for sharing these great pictures!

We have all these lovelies in our yard but the last of the snow is still melting (yes, still) and so far just a few brave little crocus have popped up. I might miss the snow because I like rolling in it but my person says I’m the only one in this house whose going to miss it.

  2. We love bleeding hearts and Iris. The first we have in our garden and the second we have on our pond in the park and they are yellow as well. Have a terrific Tuesday.
    Best wishes Molly

  3. Pretty flowers dancing in a sea of blue and green; where ever Mary goes she makes sure they are seen. Just breath taking!

  4. Great pictures! I’m so excited to take pictures of flowers this summer! I like most flowers but my favorites are sunflowers and daisys!

  5. I love the bleeding heart too, it has something what touches my heart every time when I see one . Have a wonderful tuesday

  6. Gorgeous photos! Gosh… so hard to pick a fave. I LOVE gerbera daisies and tulips, but all flowers are fabulous in their own ways. Those bleeding hearts are beautiful!

Thanks for the nice words on Pooch Smooches.

  7. Those are such pretty flowers and mom actually knew them! We found some really pretty ones in New Mexico they made the hills look purple, Ann Staub told us they were verden.! We thought of you when we took pictures. Love Dolly

  8. I love those flowers! Springtime is so far ahead of us there that it’s truly a treat to see them. My columbines are barely poking out of the ground now…

I read that you’re going to BlogPaws. Have a great time! I can’t due to my health and another long-standing obligation. But, I’m terribly honored that my blog is in the running for an award.

  9. We have some bleeding hearts at the nursery. I’ll have to take a photo for you because they are a different color. I’ve never seen columbine that color before, gorgeous! Our Gerber Daisies popped back up in the garden from last year. They bloomed a little prematurely I think, so no flowers right now.
