Remember a couple weeks ago when we met the lady at the art show that did the intricate beadwork on the wood turned plates? Well, she is our featured artist today.
Marilyn Endrus and her creative partner Eucled Moore, are the people behind Kazi Studio. Marilyn does the beadwork on the wood turned vessels and platters. Eucled does wonderful mosaic patterns on the wood pieces he creates. We are going to focus on the beadwork, since that’s what we love the most. Marilyn’s beadwork is completely different though, in that she uses an epoxy and sticks each bead individually onto the wood.
Aren’t these just amazing!! The pictures simply speak for themselves, and the work.
This wood vessel is amazing. It sits on a base that turns so the whole African scene can be viewed.
