Fine Art Photography
I’ve been creating some new fine art photography pieces. I showed you a couple already, but I wanted to share more and get opinions of what you think.
This piece is called Wallpaper Bison. I created it on a whim one day, and really love the way it turned out.
This is a different bison, same spot, same treatment. Another wallpaper bison.
I knew right away this piece would be called, Daddy’s Home.
Wild Colors.
Dreaming in Color.
Age old conflict.
Chevron bison.
I like the way the bison lend themselves to this type of photography too. Contemporary, and universal.
Bison and friends.
Moosely.
Wait for us.
Big Blue Bison.
Old School.
The Stare.
Most of the images are going on to my Mary Hone Photography site, to be sold as prints. I’m also going to create some large mixed media art pieces for art shows.
Let me know what you guys think of it all.
We love the old age looking stuff. Those photos really look original. The horse with the wallpaper is really fun. Some of the others are nice, but we tend to prefer realistic over “art” that is made most of the time. It is a personal preference.
Hello, the images are pretty. I do prefer the natural look though. Love the bison and moose. Happy Thursday, enjoy your day!
They are all gorgeous, of course, but I really especially love the look of the wallpaper bison ones.
All the photos are stunning; but the one that most catches my eye this morning is the last one, The Stare. Perhaps because I have that same look in my own eyes at times. A look that says “stay out of my way”.
It takes an artist to create these master pieces. Beautifully done, Mary!
Fabulous!
I like the ones on the house. It looks like someone actually painted the buffalo on the house. Very cool.
