The Dogwood 52 this week is to shoot an ordinary thing in a way that makes it special.
This sunrise image is special because of the way the fog was playing with the light coming through the trees. An ordinary, yet extraordinary sunrise.
This is a couple of ordinary things too. This chain was hanging outside an old barn. I processed it with a preset I have, and I like the look it created.
This is the interior of the barn. The light coming through made an ordinary old barn, into something pretty interesting on the inside.
The 2 Lil Owls this week is More than one. This little group of pronghorn antelope fit perfectly.
Week 36 already, and the first week of September. Where in the world has this year gone?
Great photos as always. We are happy fall is approaching as we are not fans of the summer weather. Keep on clicking and creating.
Hello, beautiful sunrise. Lovely lighting and photos.I like the group of pronghorn! Enjoy your day!
I agree – how is it September already? I love all the shots, of course, but the barn is especially cool.
All your photos are extraordinary; but my favorites are definitely the barn and the sunrise.
As for where has the year gone? It seems like the older I get, the faster the years pass by. It seems like only yesterday I was packing my things for the movers to bring down here to SC; and this November will already be our 25th wedding anniversary!
The barn is very interesting! The sun rays are so amazing. :)
I love the foggy light… and the barn!!! Pronghorns are one of my favorite animals.
