Hear Doggy – Dog toy review
We were sent a Hear Doggy toy to review. Torrey loves to play with squeak toys, a lot, so this toy was the perfect thing for us to review. These toys are great because the sound they make can only be heard by the dog, and not the people in the room. The toys make a sound in the 24 to 28 KHz range. People can only hear up to 20 KHz.
The package arrived and I took the toy out of the box. We had requested the flat deer Hear Doggy. Both dogs love to play with soft floppy toys, so this seemed like a great choice. I squeaked the toy, and both dogs looked at me in that curious head tilt way dogs do. I only heard a little puff of air. Then, the play was on.
It was almost impossible to get photos of the dogs playing with the Hear Doggy because they wouldn’t hold still.
Both dogs have greatly enjoyed playing with the Hear Doggy, Torrey especially. She will chew on it to make it squeak, but we can’t hear it. She’s happy and so are we. I would highly recommend the Hear Doggy for dogs that love squeaky toys.
They come in a nice variety of shapes too. There are 3 flat toys, like the one we received, or three stuffed toys.
So in the end, Roxy has claimed this one has hers.

I’ve never heard of a squeaky toy I could play with in secret!! This is something I could play with at night when everyone’s trying to sleep!! :)
I think Mum kinda likes hearing me squeak my toys the rest of the time, apparently it’s really cute the way I do it?! I dunno, I just play!! :)

They are a great toy, and quite too. Snoop, you would love it. And the million dollar idea would be, something similar for teenagers.
That’s a neat idea….squeakie toys that don’t annoy the heck out of owners. What I want to know is how do you know when the squeakie is broken? Chester and Gretel always break them right away
