Just a random moose or two
Just a random moose or two
We have been seeing more moose in the campground lately. The other morning there was a mom moose with her twins, The twins were running around and playing with each other, so cute!! Sadly, no pics of that, mom was barely out of bed. Then Wednesday morning, mom got up, looked out the back window, and saw two big bull moose behind the trailer. One was laying in the grass, the other ate a little bit then lay down too.

Those are some great shots. We hope they are nice and friendly? Have a fabulous Friday.
Best wishes Molly
Those guys sure are BIG!
Have a great weekend!
If I saw Moose that close I would flip out! lol. Those photos are so beautiful that they look like paintings due to the brush/grass in the front.
Oh! I love moose! There’s just something awkwardly cute about them!
Many years ago, my sister and I went on a cross-country jaunt. Somewhere along the way we saw a big moose in a field along the road. We hopped out and ran into the field to get a good picture. Before we knew it, some trucker had pulled over and was screaming at us to get away fast. He said the bulls are very aggressive and we were lucky not to have been attacked. I don’t know if that is true or not, but that memory has always stuck with me.
The bulls can be agressive I suppose. Mostly it’s the moms with babies that you really have to watch out for.
I miss so much when I go on vacation! I caught up on your posts but couldn’t comment on them all, so I’m commenting here. It is super cool that you see so much wildlife where you are. Beaver, Buffalo and Moose, I find that very cool.
And congrats on your new home, it looks so beautiful, I bet you have all adjusted to having more space. It’s so easy to adjust to more, but not less, right? ;-D
Have a great weekend!
That is awesome seeing a real moose out in the wild! Love it!
How awesome! We think moose are pretty cool, but we have never seen a real one. I bet they are huge!
What magnificent creatures. We have never seen one outside of a zoo.
Roxy, I hope you kept your distance! Beautiful shots of beautiful animals, but I’m sure you know that they can be dangerous!
Those are some great shots- and boy he really was fat. Mom loves observinf wild animals so that must have been a blast.
Beautiful!

I have never seen a moose in-person. They are magnificent looking to me.
Very cool! One animal I’ve never seen. They are suppose to be in the Upper Peninsula, but I’ve never had chance to see one.
Hope you are all safe out there with them big guys. Hope you are having a safe trip! :)
Wow – that really is so cool! I’ve never seen a moose in person like that before.
wow, that’s amazing. I’ve never seen a moose in real life before :)
Wow, very nice photos. Those are some big guys, aren’t they just so majestic and beautiful!
I’ve never seen a live moose. That must have been neat. I HAVE see a whole herd of elk though. I stumbled across one, literally, when I was working at Olympic National Park.
That’s so cool!
Cool pictures! Moose are one of my mom’s favorite animals so she especially loved looking at them!
We get lots of those in our yard!
Stop on by for a visit

I am just in awe of your photos. I have only seen moose a few times and each experience was incredible. I can’t believe you are seeing so many.
One of my sightings was at Moose Ponds in Jackson Hole. :)
Love the first picture of the moose hidden by the grass! We have no moose here :P
