Naturally created art
Naturally created art
Nature is the best artist I think. Naturally created art always just seems…perfect. Something that a person could never duplicate.
Along the shore here are tons of trees, so there are tons of giant “driftwood” pieces. These big tree trunks have been carved, and weathered by the ocean, and the rain. The patterns, and colors are something I could never imagine. But nature is the greatest artist of all.
This cedar trunk looked like it was on fire inside. I couldn’t believe how bright it was.
(The 3 photos below were taken with my phone, so not the best)
This piece of cedar is eroding in colors, and swirls.
One day last week the sun was actually out, so I took the dogs, and my camera this time, to the beach.
When we were walking back I noticed the cool patterns the rocks and water were creating in the sand.
Perfect, graceful, beautiful lines.
Today is the See Beautiful blog hop, so be sure to see what everyone else has found beautiful today.
There is nothing like Mother Nature’s brush strokes, color choices and canvases of blue and green. YOU INSPIRE ME!!!!!!!
You take better pictures with your phone than others take with $500 cameras.
Lol, maybe. Thanks.
I agree…. no artist is a creative as mother nature…. I really thought the tree is on fire… is that a kind of resin/tree gum?
It’s a cedar tree, and they are red anyway. But I’m not sure what created these bright color inside of it.
Lovely captures of Nature’s artwork. The driftwood is beautiful and I like the cool patterns in the sand. HAPPY Friday, enjoy your weekend!
You’re rocking the cell phone pictures!
Love those shots of things that happen naturally. Nature truly is beauty!
I love how your eyes see beauty everywhere Mary — you remind me to always look for beauty all around.
Thanks. It’s not always easy, but it’s always there.
Couldn`t agree more! Nature is the most talented artist. Those pictures are incredible! This summer we visited Neys Provincial Park on the northern shore of Lake Superior and I couldn`t stop marvelling at the driftwood scattered along the beach.
I agree completely! Nobody does it better than mother nature!
I can’t get over the fiery color inside that tree – how on earth does that happen? And those beach rocks and shells with the pathways behind them look like they’ve actually been taking a stroll along the beach themselves LOL!! I can’t wait to get back out into nature again after my new career as doggy-nurse finally ends! I feel so closed in (and it’s only day 5!!)!
I don’t know how the bright colors happened, I’m glad it did though. I get you with the feeling closed in part.
You are have surely found lots of beautiful things on the road
Hugs madi and mom
I love spending time walking along the edge of the ocean to see the amazing art on display, always so much to see.
I agree that nature is an incredible artist, I have never seen a tree like the first one that looks like it’s on fire when it’s not. And I really like the way the water leaves designs in the sand !
Nature is the best artist, I agree wholeheartedly, Mary. It does take artistic eyes to capture these great images though. :)
You are definitely seeing some cool stuff in the northwest, the wood is amazing can only imagine what you could create with it. Love Dolly
THAT is exactly why I love the beach. So much beauty and the sunrise and sunsets, stunning.
