No Boundaries
No Boundaries
The photo prompt this week from The Daily Post is Boundaries. Leave it to me to do the exact opposite.
I looked through all my photos and nothing really showed boundaries, but this photo is perfect for No Boundaries.
The bison in Grand Teton NP know no boundaries. They are able to wander anywhere they want, just like they have for hundreds of years. Of course this was not always the case. Slaughtered to near extinction in the 1800’s, it took some people who wanted to preserve this wonderful animal to save it.
Thankfully, they did. Because I can’t imagine not being able to watch and photograph these amazing masters of the plains.
Sensational dearest Mary. And your photo skills have no boundaries either. LOVELY!
breathtakingly beautiful!
U wow me each time I open ur email — love ur photos!?
Stunning photo. It never ceases to disappoint (very mild word) me that humans always have a desire to destroy – whether it’s nature, animals or each other. I just don’t understand it.
Seeing wild creatures roam is so magnificent.
It feels very much without boundaries. And it’s a stunning photograph that shows the majestic feeling a buffalo impose.
Beautiful a perfect choice! Love Dolly
And your photography is an example of no boundaries either. You get as much from taking pictures of nature scenes as you do of animals and an old painting on the side of a building.
That’s beautiful… Your photo reminded me of the issue of bison leaving Yellowstone being slaughtered because they might transmit a disease to cattle. I hope that’s not going on any more.
This seems so appropriate for someone from the western side of North America. ;))
Boundaries….no boundaries, it’s all semantics.
Great photo!
