The Taste of the Tetons is my all time favorite event in the Jackson fall arts festival. Sure, the Friday night Palettes and Pallets is always fun, free food and wine in all the galleries. But the Sunday Taste of the Tetons is something I look forward to all year long. All the big restaurants, caterers, and hotels, bring their finest food and chefs and set up in the town square. The food is sometimes cooked right on the spot, or brought in and prepared fresh. Each small plate is between $3 and $5 dollars, with some deserts at $1 and $2.
There is always a good crowd.
There is a small art shows at the same time. Local artists, with all their wonderful wares.
And tons of wonderful food.

I love those food tastings. Sadly around here it is so populated that it’s not even worth going. The crowds and the parking are horrific.

Oh yes, would love to win that. It’s beautiful! I might actually give it to my sis if I won it – she LOVES that shade of green and she’s a great lover of handmade artsy things and she’s been having a rough patch of stress lately! That food looks amazing!! I want to go to there!
